AQARCHECK is a research and information platform covering UAE property developments. It is not a brokerage, not an agent, and not a party to any transaction between you and a developer. We do not list units for sale, take deposits, or handle client money.

Use of the site

You may read, search and share the content here. You may not:

• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the content to build a competing dataset.
• Present our figures as your own, or republish them without attribution.
• Submit information you know to be false, or impersonate anyone when contacting us.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or gain access to systems or data you are not authorized to access.

Accuracy and reliance

Information here is provided as-is. Property data changes constantly and we make no warranty that anything on the site is complete, current or error-free. The disclaimer sets out the limits of what this data can tell you, and forms part of these terms — please read it. Do not rely on this site alone when making a purchase decision.

Ratings and opinion

Where scores or tiers are shown, they are opinions derived from the inputs described in our methodology. They are not statements of fact about any company and are not allegations of misconduct. Developers who believe an assessment rests on incorrect information may contact us and we will investigate.

If you send us a review, correction or other material, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. You grant us permission to publish it in connection with the service. We may decline to publish, or remove, anything we cannot verify.

Third-party names and links

Developer and project names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
